Before reading the full policy, here is what you need to know about how jievo handles your personal data.
Your Data Is Never Sold
jievo does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers — ever. Your data is used exclusively to operate the jievo platform and deliver our services to you as a Filipino player.
Compliant with Philippine Law
jievo processes all personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines — and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

As a jievo player, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jievo, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. These rights can be exercised by contacting [email protected].

jievo only collects personal data that is strictly necessary to provide the platform service, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with regulatory requirements. We do not collect data speculatively or unnecessarily.
Encrypted Storage and Transmission
All personal data stored by jievo is encrypted at rest. All data transmitted between your device and the jievo platform is protected by SSL/TLS encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks and financial institutions.

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, jievo will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within the timeframes required under Philippine data privacy law.
Please Read Carefully: By registering a jievo account, using our platform, or submitting your personal data to us in any form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the jievo platform.
